Job Description
Be responsible for responding to customers' after-sales inquiries, including product installation guidance, operation Q&A and troubleshooting of common faults, and provide professional and efficient solutions
accept customer complaints, return and exchange as well as maintenance applications, record customer feedback information, track the processing progress, ensure the closed-loop resolution of problems and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
1. Compile machining programs with programming software in accordance with product part drawings, process specifications and technical requirements.
2. Independently formulate reasonable machining strategies, including workpiece clamping and positioning schemes, machining sequences, tool path planning, cutting parameter optimization and tool selection
.3. Continuously optimize existing machining programs to improve machining efficiency, surface quality and dimensional stability, reduce idle tool paths, and lower tool wear and machining costs.
4. Use simulation software to conduct path simulation and collision detection on the compiled programs to ensure program safety and logical correctness.
5. Participate in the first article trial cutting of new programs, track and debug on site, solve problems arising during trial cutting, and optimize programs to meet the requirements.
6. Be responsible for the standardized naming, version control, storage, backup and security management of CNC programs (to prevent program leakage or misuse).
7. Compile clear and accurate machining operation instructions or program specification documents, including necessary setting information (workpiece zero point, tool list and tool setting parameters, key dimension inspection requirements, precautions, etc.).
8. Provide program-related technical support and guidance for operators, and explain program intentions and key steps.
9. Respond quickly to program-related machining problems occurring on the production site (such as alarms, dimensional abnormalities, abnormal tool wear, etc.), analyze the causes, and revise programs or adjust parameters in a timely manner.
10. Cooperate with process engineers or tooling designers to put forward design suggestions for jigs and fixtures (lathe fixtures, milling machine fixtures, combined fixtures, etc.) according to machining requirements to ensure that the tooling meets the precision requirements of programming and machining.
11. Reasonably select, trial use and evaluate CNC cutting tools according to machining materials and process requirements.
12. Participate in the machining feasibility evaluation and process review of new products.
