A certain pharmaceutical machinery factory in central China encountered a key technical bottleneck when advancing the process improvement of large-volume infusion equipment — the equipment was required to simultaneously meet complex operating conditions such as ventilation during operation, liquid-passing reaction, and tank body rotation, while insufficient sealing performance became the core issue restricting the upgrade. After conducting systematic research on the equipment structure and the whole-process technology, our team developed a customized multifunctional rotary joint device. With in-depth adaptation to on-site process parameters, this device, relying on breakthroughs in multi-layer sealing technology and the design of fluid dynamic control, not only fully meets the sealing requirements for ventilation, liquid-passing reaction and tank body rotation, but also improves the stability and reliability of equipment operation, thus completely overcoming the sealing technical problem that had long plagued

A certain mineral smelter in western China was tasked with conveying iron ore slurry under the operating conditions of high pressure, high lift, high solid content and large flow rate. Initially, canned motor pumps were planned for the transportation. However, due to problems such as long delivery cycles, high costs and poor adaptability, after conducting on-site inspections together with the supporting pump manufacturer, the smelter switched to multi-stage centrifugal pumps configured in a four-stage series connection. The mechanical seals adopted a high-pressure resistant design and were made of abrasion-resistant materials, which successfully resolved the special challenge of ore slurry conveying. Completed by the end of September, the project served as a National Day tribute project for the smelter and earned official commendation.

A large-scale pharmaceutical factory in southwest China originally adopted imported three-in-one equipment. However, it was plagued by problems such as long delivery cycles and high procurement costs of its mechanical seal components, and was even affected by geopolitics and trade frictions.

Our technical team conducted an in-depth on-site investigation and launched a localization transformation project. By independently developing adapted sealing assemblies, we not only significantly shortened the supply cycle, but also helped the enterprise save over one million yuan in maintenance and downtime costs. The retrofitted equipment has been operating stably and reliably, completely resolving the problem of dependence on imports.
